When does the sale start?
The sale starts at 7pm ACDT or 7.30pm AEDT.
How do I get the discount?
The discount will be automatically applied so you can checkout as quickly as possible.
For the first hour of sale, everything will be at least 35% off.
Is the sale available in store?
Yes, the Black Friday Sale will be available in store from 10am Thursday 20th Nov.
What is the best way to complete checkout?
To ensure you don't miss out, we recommend loading your cart in advance so you are ready to checkout at 7pm Wednesday.
The discounts will automatically update allowing you to checkout faster. The first 50 orders will be refunded.
Can I use a discount or rewards points?
Unfortunately not, we have designed the sale in a way where you will get maximum value. If you have a discount, hold on to it and use it in future.
While you cannot use rewards through the Black Friday Sale, you will still earn points on purchases.
How do you get your order refunded?
The first 50 customers to place an order once the sale goes live at 7pm will have their order refunded.
The winners will be notified via email on Thursday 20th November and will have their entire order refunded.
