ORTC Mazda CX-5 Car Giveaway Terms and Conditions 2025

1. Eligibility:
The ORTC Mazda CX-5 Car Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to customers who make a purchase either online or in-store at ORTC between Friday, August 1st, 2025, and Friday, September 12th, 2025. Every order placed during this period will be an automatic entry into the Giveaway.

2. Entry Period:
The entry period for the Giveaway commences on Friday, August 1st, 2025, at 12:00 AM Australian Central Daylight Time (ACDT), and ends on Friday, September 12th, 2025, at 11:59 PM ACDT.

3. Prizes:
There is 1 major prize to be awarded in this Giveaway: a Mazda CX-5 GT SP vehicle. Further details about the vehicle and any additional inclusions can be found on the Mazda CX-5 Giveaway page on the ORTC website at https://ortc.com.au/pages/ortc-mazda-cx5-giveaway-terms-and-conditions-2025

4. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. The draw will ensure all entrants have an equal chance of winning in accordance with Schedule 11, Regulation 4(1) of the Regulations. The winner will be drawn at the completion of the entry period; on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at 10:00 AM ACDT at ORTC, 3/938 South Rd, Edwardstown, SA, 5039.

5. Entry Requirements:
To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must make a purchase online or in-store during the entry period. Each order will automatically count as one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Multiple entries are allowed, and placing multiple orders increases your chances of winning. Fully refunded or cancelled orders will be disqualified.

6. Prize Distribution:
The winner will be contacted directly and arrangements for prize collection or delivery will be coordinated after the draw.

7. Notification of Winners:
The winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the end of the Giveaway period. The method of contact will be via the email address and phone number provided by the entrant.

8. Publicity:
The winner’s details, including last name, first initial and postcode, will be published within 30 days of the drawing on the ORTC website https://ortc.com.au/pages/ortc-mazda-cx5-giveaway-terms-and-conditions-2025 and Instagram account https://instagram.com/ortcclothingco.

The permit number for this Giveaway is Permit T25/1279

11. Privacy:
Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

12. Disqualification:
ORTC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent.

13. Unclaimed Prizes:
If a prize remains unclaimed for a specified period of 30 days, ORTC will conduct a redraw. ORTC shall not be held responsible for any lost or undeliverable prizes. Winners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information for prize delivery. It is the responsibility of the prize recipient to claim the prize within the designated timeframe as specified in the Giveaway terms and conditions.

14. Redraw
In the event of an unclaimed prize, a redraw will be conducted 30 days after the original winner was drawn; on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, at 10:00 AM ACDT at ORTC, 3/938 South Rd, Edwardstown, SA, 5039.

The unclaimed prize redraw winner’s details, including last name, first initial and postcode, will be published within 30 days of the redrawing on the ORTC website https://ortc.com.au/pages/ortc-mazda-cx5-giveaway-terms-and-conditions-2025 and Instagram account https://instagram.com/ortcclothingco.

The redraw winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the redraw. The method of contact will be via the email address and phone number provided by the entrant.

15. Amendment or Termination:
ORTC reserves the right to amend or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval.

16. Liability:
ORTC is not responsible for any technical difficulties, errors, or issues that may affect the Giveaway or the participation of entrants.

17. Governing Law:
The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are in accordance with the Lotteries Act 2019 and the Lotteries Regulations 2021.

18. Age Restriction:
Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the ORTC Mazda CX-5 Car Giveaway.

19. Final Agreement:
By entering the ORTC Mazda CX-5 Car Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. ORTC reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the Giveaway.
