Is there a Black Friday discount code?
No code required! All items are already discounted
Can I edit my order?
No, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed!
We suggest placing a second order for the items you intended to purchase. Afterward, you can return any unwanted items from your original order, provided they are not from our Clearance section. This way, you can ensure you receive the products you want without any further delay.
If you'd prefer to cancel your entire order or a specific product, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to get to this given the quick turn around by our warehouse and a high influx of customer enquiries!
Can I return items from the Black Friday sale?
You can! Please note that shipping fees, gift cards and products from our Clearance section are not eligible for an exchange or return.
Can I use my rewards points during the sale?
Reward points cannot be redeemed during our Black Friday Sale period, however you will be able to accrue points from purchases throughout the sale period!
Can I use a discount code during the sale?
No, discount codes have been switched off for our Black Friday Sale!
Are the items in my cart reserved for me?
Your items will not be held for you in the cart as you shop, only once paid will your order be confirmed.
If an item unfortunately sells out in your cart prior to checking out, we will be unable to assist you with a replacement.
